There's a very fast growing game called Rocket League. It's becoming more and more popular day by day and people would watch that. There aren't many rocket league video yet because the game just released it's beta. It's very simple so anyone watching can understand and extremely entertaining if you have silly friends to play with. ESport already have contracts with it even though it's only in beta

Depends on what you're into. If you enjoy Indie games, Minecraft. If you like gaming on phones, Clash of Clans. CS:GO is also a trending game at the moment. Just pull together some money and buy what sounds good to you. It's your choice if your just beginning, but as you grow, there will be requests.
