Does the due process clause of the 14th amendment also apply to nationwide conceal carry reciprocity?

Nope. Marriage by heterosexual couples is recognized as a right in all 50 states. The 14th amendment therefore allows for marriage between all consenting couples in all 50 states. Not all 50 states recognize the right to carry concealed. Within the states which allow concealed carry, the 14th amendment would provide that right to all citizens according to the way the law is written.

There are some states that do have reciprocal concealed carry laws. My Georgia Concealed carry permit is honored in about 30 state. When I received the permit the state sent me a list of the other states. I keep a copy in my car so that if driving thru, I can verify.
