OKC, assuming Durant is healthy. As for the Lakers the best they can hope for is 40 wins and finishing 10th or 11th in the west.

    In this order:

The Lakers have the cap space to get a decent big in the offseason, if they can get a good, proven frontcourt guy like Gasol, Aldridge or Jordan, and if Russell is good right out the gate they'll make the playoffs, as long as they have enough offense that Kobe doesn't have to chuck 30 bad shots a game they'll be a playoff team.

The Wolves are still a few years away, if they were in the east they'd easily get a 6-8 seed, but the west is just too strong for a team with such young talent, but two years from now they'll be a playoff team.

The Knicks will improve just by the fact that it can't get much worse, Porzingas could be the next Nowitzki, but he could also be the next Yi Jianlian, either way even in the east, just Melo can only get you so far.

The Sixers, if Morey plays his cards right and is able to spin Noel, Embiid or Okafor into a great Backcourt guy they'll be contenders 2-3 years from now.

Another contender for being most improved is the Celtics, one more year of development and a good amount of cap space, Stevens is one of the best coaches in the league and can easily turn the Celtics into a contender if they can make a good signing this offseason.

-76ers Adding Okafor is not enough to make to the Playoffs just by looking at their rosters. Sorry Okafor.

-Knicks Melo made it worst but I'll talk about that later. The Knicks still need get new good players since Melo has no help & Porzingis needs time to get use to. Now that Porzingis knows how Melo thinks about him, there is going to be a problem between them both & Melo will never stop being a ballhog. If I was Phil, they should trade Melo for KD.

-Lakers I'm seeing Playoffs. Randle,Russell, veteran Kobe,Clarkson, & upcoming Cousins,Butler & Pau, is going to be interesting.

-Wolves Towns & Wiggins? No question Playoffs. The Wolves should trade Rubio since the guy is a injured prone.

I'll say Lakers because if Kobe is back and healthy then even if not what he once was that makes a big difference.

    okc...+22 wins

ps...nothing in their history says the wolves will be anything but the good ole wolves. 12 straight years in the lottery is nothing to sneeze at
