Do girls never initiate stuff in the beginning of a relationship? Or if she doesn't does that mean she is not that into me?
I know this girl from my school who I asked out a couple of times. We went on dates/hangouts 3 times. Every time I asked her out she always agrees or always suggests another day that works for her. But if I don't initiate anything then nothing would happen. Is this normal for a guy and girl relationship in the beginning?

Totally normal. Being a 17 year old girl, even if I REALLY like a guy, I don't act on the situation. I always wait for him to initiate everything. It is just because the relationship is new and society has made girls believe they always have to wait for guys to make the first move. However, once she gets more comfortable around you, she will probably start asking you on dates first.

Unfortunately yes, that is the norm. Guys do usually ask the girl out first at the beginning of the relationship.
(But there's always exceptions)
