Geography of Hell?

What are some specific locations for hell? Ex: Purgatory, Tartarus, etc.

Update:

I feel like I should specify that this is for use fiction. It doesn't have to be factual, just have basis in myth.

    Into the medieval period Mount Etna on Sicily was considered to be an entryway to hell.

    I don't know the answer to your question.

    However, I do know that traditionally, Purgatory is *not* part of Hell or related to Hell. Purgatory is the place where heaven-bound people go to be purged of their sinfulness before entering Heaven. Purgatory is neither a "final destination" (everyone is there only temporarily), nor is it a place for the wicked.
