I was the one telling people that it was inevitable that same gender marriages would be legalized but no one listened to me and I was right.

This is what is going to happen because the LGBT knows that religious institutes don't want to recognize same gender marriages they are going to attack these religious institutes this is not about killing or blowing up churches but rather using the legal system to try to force religious institutes to accept same gender marriage again it's a loosing battle being it's inevitable the LGBT will be successful.

For example let's say two men wanted to get married in a church which they knew didn't recognize same gender marriage being that church defines marriage as being between a man and a woman. The two men are denied to be married by the Pastor of the church so it goes to the courts being according to the Constitution same gender marriage is legal this of course makes it to the media and the media makes out the two men as being the victims which in turn gives public sympathy to the two men which the people put pressure upon the legislators to force churches to marry same gender couples and the law is not set in stone so it can be amended which would force churches to marry same gender couples despite their religious beliefs. Even Hilary Clinton stated people can change the church this should make people worried.

The aftermath is that churches will be forced to close down if they do not conform to the order given by the government and the Church itself will have to go underground.

    - Start by understanding and being informed.

You can never be too informed about tools, methods and studies about building successful marriages. Understand the risk factors like your age and maturity at marriage can determine how successful it will be, the anatomy of an affair and what you can do after infidelity. Understand the success factors like the personal and psychological circumstances that will influence your marriage, what are the tools and approaches available to you in dealing with conflict, and numerous other relevant data. All this information is readily available to you whether through self-help material, through a counselor, support group or other venues. In fact, we have made it our commitment to provide these to you in different formats to help you make the best marriage you can.

The thing is, remember, this is information is not available for you to begin hyper-psychoanalyzing your relationship, yourself and your partner. It's not a matter of spewing trivia for the sake of conversation ' information is there for you to ponder over and internalize to help you transform yourself and your marriage. That includes maturing to such a point that you become more competent in your knowledge but more prudent in approach.

Well, no, but what difference does it make? They don't have to perform wedding ceremonies for ANYBODY they don't want to marry, whether the couple are same-sex, different-sex, different-species, or whatever. Absolutely nothing changes for them and their congregations.

Things DO change for preachers who DO want to perform same-sex weddings. Now they have the freedom to do that and their parishoners who want to get married can get married.

So everybody wins and nobody loses.

They don't have to "accept it". That's always been the point; nobody's forcing them to marry a gay person or whatever. We're never going back to the middle ages wherein everyone was forced to have the same beliefs and if you didn't have them you were burned at the stake.

    It's over.

They will follow the law as it stands, but you can not make them accept same sex marriage. It is not like they will be forced to perform gay marriages or go to jail is it?

Southern preachers are still living in 1840. so they don't like most things, and they think autocars are the devil's carriages.

They don't have to accept it - preachers and churches aren't part of the government, and no one cares about them

It probably won't. Which is not a problem, as no-one is making them accept it.

They dont have to accept it, its just there in case anyone who happens to have same sex attraction, can now get married to someone they are attracted to, its not for anyone else
