why would a WW11 officers record be sealed until now?

    world war 11? you mean I missed 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10? that's the last time I fall asleep on guard duty!!!

    i know you have a hard time coping with second sets of symbols for digits..

    however, either follow the ROMAN symbolics ( two capital II) or give up and use the plain 2.

    otherwise, you're looking dumb.
