Why does "No recent activity" appear when you visit YouTube channels?

Whenever I visit a channel, "no recent activity" would appear. Sometimes the user/owner of the channel is still active and sometimes they are inactive. "No recent activity" makes it seem like the user is not active. Even my YouTube channel has that and I'm active on YouTube. Why does "No recent activity" appear in some YouTube channels even when the user is active?

    Just wanted to let you know that this issue should be resolved now. It may be some server problem!
