Help, my eyeliner won t come off?!?!?!?

So as part of a costume for a school play I had to wear blue eyeliner, which looked awesome. The make up people put it on and gave me flick-tips. The show ended and I tried to wipe it off with a make-up wipe. The actual eyeliner came off, but it left a blue stain. I ve tried baby lotion, make-up wipes and just plain water on a flannel, but it s not coming off! My mum made me stop because the skin around my eyes has become irritated. But unless I get it off I will have to go to school with faded blue eyeliner and flick-tips!!! HELP!!!

Try warm water with a small amount of chemical/fragrance free soap or eye makeup remover diluted, on a flannel, gently tub in circular motions which will exfoliate the skin and should help remove any residue make up.

If it doesn't come off, you may just need to wait for it to come off on its own, it'll gradually come off as you wash your face and bathe/shower over a couple of days. Don't put anything irritating near your eyes.

Try olive oil (natural makeup remover) or eye makeup remover (the ones that are in liquid form and you put it on a cotton ball).
