As opposed to what? Dropping them? Keeping someone else? Or would you not get the 7th pick if you kept both?

What do you mean, should you keep them? If they're your top 2 players and you have to keep 2, then I guess you keep them. Also, what difference does it make when you pick? Are these keepers optional? Do you get a compensatory first round pick if you don't use one?
You need to clarify what you're asking.
