IPHONE 5C URGENT HELP!!!?

So recently my iPhone 5c (16gb) has been playing up. As I touch or scroll the screen, it either freezes, glitches the page in random directions, opens random apps and as I exit they open back up again, or when I'm typing half of the keyboard won't work. Sometimes the screen won't even work so I can't turn it off/on! I figured recently if I lock it and then unlock it my phone works fine but I have to do this every 5 mins!! I went to the Apple Store and they said it's a physical problem and if have to book an appointment but I don't have enough money to pay for it! I've never dropped it before. I don't want to restart my phone and wipe the data. Help!! What can I do?!

Backup the data & then restore (not restart btw) the phone. Restore the data from that backup, though if the Apple Store said it is a physical problem it probably wouldn't do much to help the problem.

Thats wierd, never heard of something like that happening without it being dropped, but then again phones are computers and you can have computers go bad at times so I'm sure it could happen to a phone. I would never let it sit in the heat either, people do that on beaches and it bakes in the sun.

Try updating to iOS 8.4 maybe that would help but only if its not hardware related

Well Apple gave you your best option. Save up for it or wait until you can't use the phone at all. In the mean time, back the phone up. iTunes, iCloud and any other options that you have, because once it goes out for good, you won't have any options, period other than to get a new phone.

Take it to apple and replace!
