The trick is to make them feel natural. One thing you shouldn't do is use a whole bunch of fighting term (arm bar, right hook, etc.). Those should only be used in scenes of training like sparring. Just use the terms punch to here or there. Then analyze what you might do. In fact, people walk in on me writing fight scenes and think I'm crazy because I'll be laying on the floor reenacting the fight. Just make it feel natural and you'll get there! Practice makes perfect! Good luck! :)

Read fight scenes that you like and analyze them. Why are they good? What do you like about them? What don't you like? How can you emulate what's being done? Try watching a fight scene from a movie or tv show and recreate it only using words

Ugh, I used to have the same issues. Fight scenes are suspenseful, so make sure you aren't giving too much description, otherwise it will drag on. When people fight, their adrenaline kicks in like crazy. You could use this as an advantage or disadvantage for the characters (make them sharp or disoriented). Watch fight scenes from some shows and try to describe those scenes before you make your own.

Watch YouTube, they teach you stuff . There are books about it too like: "write the fight right" it's really good.
