So I know this girl that goes to my college who I met through a mutual friend. The only time we ever talk is when I see her in the library and we talk for a couple of minutes at most.
One day she saw me while I was working at my store and then texts me later that day saying "hey it was nice seeing you earlier, we should grab coffee sometime next week"
Is that a way of her asking me out? or is there any other meaning behind this?

She asking you out, but not in that way. Maybe she wants to get to know you more, o just to hangout as friends. Don't read too much into it.
