Why is the scale not moving????
I'm always 105-110 lbs. I had a baby 3 months ago and lost 30 lbs the first 2 months. I have 20 lbs to loose. I nurse, and exercise every day, and following my fitness pal I eat just the right number of calories.
It's been 9 days since I started exercising and the scale is not moving!!!! It's discouraging.

9 days isn't long enough to know if it's working or not,it can take up to 3 weeks and you are already light so your calories burnt will be much lower than a heavier person.
You also have to count in the nursing, there is an option on myfitnesspal to include it as exercise and it's really important for your milk supply that you make up for what you burn from that.
Usually seeing no results is one of a few things:
It's too soon.
You are allowing yourself too many calories by having your activity level too high.
You are at the right calorie defecit but are eating more than you think due to not weighing your food on a scale and measuring your liquids, guessing has too much room for error,be careful when reading pakaging too.
It says on my bread that it's 88 cals per slice but look closer and it is 88 cals per 40 gram slice which is why you weigh it because some are more than 40 grams, this happens with a lot of packed foods and small discrepencies do add up.
You are overestimating how much you burn from exercise, eating back all of the calories burnt and should be eating back only half.
You are dehydrated and your body is retaining water.
You have also just lost 30 pounds in 3 months, that is a decent amount for a 3 month period and it's common for weight loss to slow down after a big drop,be patient, weigh and measure everything and don't fret over 9 days, anything under 3 weeks on a new plan can be too soon to see results and even in the longterm you will have periods of no loss,it's a normal part of human fluctuation.
