Do hotels have washers and dryers for guest use?

When u look up hotels on the internet, and go to the hotel's link/site, normally it will list on the 'Amenities' if it has 'guest laundry services'. Or on site laundry for guest use. Many do. When we take a road trip, about every other one we stay at needs to have it. We will pack less than 1/2 as many clothes, and carry less dirty laundry. On a motorcycle, that's pretty important. If in doubt, call the hotel directly and ask if they have on site guest laundry (washers & dryers). Be sure to bring a roll of quarters, and some detergent & fabric softener sheets. We like Tide pods bc we can put them in a ziploc bag inside a small plastic container with a lid, and fold the dryer sheets to put in it too. Saves $, and/or trip to a store to buy a bulky container. If u buy this stuff at hotel (which may not be avail), it will have a rediculous markup.

Some hotel do and Some hotel do not because washers and dryers is a costly project for a small hotel.

Some hotels do.
Some don't, but offer laundry service.
Some even give guests their choice of either.
Then there are some hotels with no laundry available at all.
