I got a 2 on the AP US Gov exam?

I feel so stupid! I had the top grade in the class (I actually had 100 percent!), I went in for extra study time, and my teacher said I was ready... I don t know what went wrong and I m so embarrassed. I don t know what to do. Did this happen to anyone else? Do these scores automatically show up for any college I apply to? :(

First of all, you have to request that your scores be send to colleges and paid to have them sent, they will not show up. If you do not want to send a score, you certainly don't have to. If you got an A in the class and do n to submit your score, some admissions people might be curious as to why, but it is not a requirement unless you are asking for college credit.

It will help you to determine if the issue is that you don't do well on standardized tests or if, in fact, your class simply did not prepare you for the test. If it is the first issue, you should get some counseling to get strategies and techniques to help you focus and minimize anxiety. If it is the latter, you need to realize that you will need to do more prep work on your own outside of class if you take other APs.

I fail all my ap exams too. Welcome to life.

In my opinion, you are either a good test taker or you're not. I know a guy that is pretty damn lazy with a darn low gpa (He just graduated high school) and he took 6 ap courses throughout highschool and scored 4s and 5s on all of them except for AP Physics. You have to be naturally smart, doesn't matter how hard you try. But then again, your grade in the class is the only thing that MATTERS.
