I'm 16 and I really want to lose weight, I am 129 and 5'7?

I have been walking now for 2 weeks at a fast pace for an hour every day, I keep my calories at 1,200. Is that enough to lose weight???

    129lbs at 5'7" is normal (healthy) to my understanding. If you're a guy, it may even be too low. Just stick to eating healthy and getting regular exercise to maintain your weight.
