1. A customer has an online coupon code that is expired. She is buying a lot of items. Do you let her use the coupon. Why or why not.

No. An promotional coupon is slated for a specific time, for a specific purpose: i.e.: to promote a new product, to get rid of an over stock, or an imminent change in the packaging or price of that product. It may also be there to promote a new product.
It will not be honored by the manufacturer even if the foolish cashier
decides to hood wink the owner, and take matters in her own hands.
It will not go through the cash register for one thing, and the owner may just as well fire the cashier for in subordination.
It would also not fair on all the other customers who may sashay in with expired coupons.

No and because the coupons are expired and the product doesn't have that discount anymore this to loosing money for the store

It is expired. How ever, maybe you can give her discounts because she is buying alot.
