I heard of this awhile ago on TV. It was hidden restaurants from home. I think it was called "secret chef" Does anyone know what it is?

I saw on CNN at least 2-3 years ago. Essentially, these people open up a secret restaurant from their home. They have a super small menu, reservations only, and make money like a restaurant.

I am interested in exploring more of this movement, but I do not remember the term used for these places.
