Is this pc good for minecraft?

AMD FX-8350 8 Core 4.0GHz CPU, NVIDIA GTX 960 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card, HDMI, USB3.0, 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM, 1TB Hard Drive, 24x DVDRW, Corsair SPEC-03 Green Gaming PC Case.

    Easily. With a 5 year old i5 650 3.2 GHz (2 core plus hyperthreading), 8 GB, GTX 750 Ti (half the watts of GTX 960) I throttle minecraft to 120 fps in fancy settings or it would run much quicker most of the time (I normally run Linux instead of Windows).

    That computer could run at least 5 instances of vanilla minecraft.

    You should really install some HD texture packs and shades if you get that computer.

    If anything that's more than enough. Could probably run a decent shader.
