Why post mortem of a dead human body is performed in daylight ?

    Because night time is when everyone goes to sleep. Daytime is when everyone does stuff. So in your case, post mortem of dead body is performed during daylight.

    Hey, one time I farted during a funeral. Boy did it smell bad!

    Doubt it. I bet you'll find artificial lighting, not daylight, where those operations are performed.
