I just got out of a four year relationship a month and a half ago , I met a guy who was really nice and I saw he's on Facebook is it okay to add him to talk. I'm not interested in getting into another relationship as I still love my ex , but I get on with this guy is it okay to be friends and add him and message or is that disrespectful to my ex.

it's okay, what's wrong if you want to be friends with him, add him..as if you commit a crime for doing that. good luck
