So I was running and then fell on my right knee and I guess my skin was scarped but I kept running anyways my question is?
It been Two day anyways qhen I sit down it diesbt hurt but when I stand up it hurt and when I walk it hurt not s lot but a little anyways im 256 so I think since it must if hurt more since im heavy anyways I need to start running again to lise weight I took friday off should I be good to run monsay ir wait till tuesday and im might swim today should I and I cleab my cut just once but I forgot what I use and should I swim today or no ??

Don't swim today. Wait for it to heal more before you soak it in water like that. Go for a run it will hurt for a while as you get started if the pain goes away you should be fine but if it keeps hurting after the first half hour take a few days off and try some upper body workouts whereas not to injure in further
