Would I get in trouble for smuggling a few hundred pounds of Florida beach sand back to my house for a sandbox?

I know some beaches probably have strict rules about this, but considering how plentiful white beach sand is in Florida, would it be a problem if I loaded up a few big totes and made a few trips out at night? I live in the Destin area, sand aplenty.

    I'm not sure if Destin is included in the restricted area or not, but in many parts of Florida affected by the BP oil spill, there are restrictions on digging into the sand.

    Yes you will get in trouble if caught

    It it theft in any case. WHEN you get caught, you will face charges.
