Did I just ruin his life?

I was screwing around with my boyfriend and teasing him bc he had asked for a selfie from my friend. Little did I know that he thought I was serious and admitted to asking her for nudes, sending nudes and sexting. We argued until 2am over the phone. I was over at said friends house for the night and she explained she thought We weren t an item anymore. I went to sleep and woke up to find her gone. She had gone to the hospital for a panic attack. She had to tell her psychiatrist everything and now social services are going to his house. We are still together bc it happened once and I had previously cheated (tho ugh not as extreme) and we agreed to work It out. The problem is if social services go to his house, his parents will find out about the situation and him sneaking around with me. His parents are already so harsh on him. What do di do and did I ruin his life?
