    I find that it works better when dry. You can see a huge difference in how shiny your hair will be :)

    Well, everyone knows oil and water don't mix...so I would have to say dry.

    Dry. Try to put the oil at night and keep it whole night. Next day you will feel awesome. (Make sure to use towel on your pillow).
