do i wash my face with my cetaphil cleanser and then apply the glam glow? im confused

Most people wash their face before they apply a mask. At the very least, I'd recommend washing your face with warm water to get some of the oil off and to open your pores so the mask will be more effective.

apply it to clean skin (no makeup) , and keep it on for 10-20 mins while it dries then wash off.
