Is a Biology and Cellular Molecular Biology degree equivalent? If so why dont people just get the easier Bio degree? Im a bit confused, can you do more with one?

I'm a molecular/cellular biological sciences major, and was thinking in minoring in chemistry, extercise science, kinesiology, or psychology but dont know which one would be most beneficial? I do need hours done for med school (PA school) of hands on patient care so which would you say would be most beneficial job wise?

got caught shopplifting about 200$ worth of clothes each with a friend at the mall and they charged us with 2 felonies, one felony was burglary no intent of shopplifting when we entered the store, thats why i brought my wallet and stuff

i am 19 years old me and a buddy got caught shoplifting from the mall, i had 240$ worth he had 200$ worth, the person from the store who caught us said we are under arrest for shoplifting, we spent 2 days in jail and later find out we are being convicted with 2 felonies, one is burglury and other is helping someone else steal... i think they have the wrong charges on here? i really intended to buy something from the store thats why i brought my wallet, but then for no apparent reason decided to shoplift instead. i live in California and i was researching and read this is suppose to be a midimeator? i spent 2 days in jail and they let us go free but we never had a court day for our charges to be read to us... thats why they put us in jail in the first place. i do not understand.

should i get a lawyer? attorney? i dont know what to do..

charges were 459 PC and 182 (A)(1) PC what are my chances of getting these removed because first off i didnt have intentions of stealing anything when i walked through the doors, and second of all i never helped the person next to me to steal, he did it on his own... i dont know how to argue this in court, yes im going to get an Attorney is this the samething as a lawyer??? how much am i looking here to spend like a wide estimate?
