How do I lose major weight quick, effectively, and long term.?

I am 5 7, 23 years old, and 350lbs. Thankfully I don t have any health problems such as high blood pressure or diabetes. Although grateful, I am tired of being this overweight. Life is unpredictable and I want to enjoy it while I can. Being this overweight is diminishing my quality of life. It s even affecting my ability to have children. Does anyone have personal success stories on a exercise regimen that works?

    PCOS? High fat, low carb sounds like the better way. 1,800 calories a day and move more.

    Have u tried getting ur thyroid gland in your neck checked some people who are young wiyh weight problems have gladular issues that can be overlooked by doctors unless u ask about ur weight if not there are lots of options on the market u should look into but with all of these diets u should still eat healthy and extercize if u are really dedicated to getting thin fast try p 90 x but warning it is one hell of a work out it says it will within a couple months u will see major results
