Cleaning and now sick?

So i was browsing some forums on how best to clean tile grout and one guy said to just simply use bleach but it still wasn't doing much so a someone else suggested to use ammonia... now i'm not dumb i know what happens but they said that putting down vinegar before the ammonia to counteract the chemical reaction. I tried and after all this my floor is still not clean and i'm having bad chest pains? Did the vinegar not work or am i just overly worried

There are much better tile-grout cleaners out there--but bleach is your best bet, if you don't have a commercial cleaner. Mixing bleach and ammonia is always going to result in toxic fumes--so NEVER do this. Vinegar won't help. Rinse down your tile with plain water to get rid of any residue, then use one of the easily-found tile grout cleaners you can get at almost any home-improvement store. You may need a toothbrush to clean grout-lines that are really dirty. And be aware that sometimes mold and dirt will stain the grout and it will never really LOOK clean.
