Why is Obama selling all those weapons to Iran in exchange for the return of American hostages?

Oh, wait. That was Reagan. I guess it was a good thing.

Never mind.

Reagan sold Iran weapons in the 1980s long after the hostages were released. The funds went to overthrow a leftist government in Nicaragua. All illegal.

The men who are detained by Iran law enforcement was not part of the nuclear issue. That is entirely separate and could not be negotiated at the same time. These men were arrested for a reason having nothing to do with anything else unless they are covert operatives.

It's better than giving Iran nukes in exchange for no American hostages, like Obama just did, and allow Iran to play hegemonist in the ME.

HUSSEIN is giving weapons to Iran for free and he told them he doesn't want the hostages back, FACT.

How ironic. They idolize Reagan, who secretly sold them weapons, but demonize Obama for working on a deal deigned to prevent them from developing the most dangerous weapon in the world. Very difficult to comprehend how they think.

Unless they don't, but just react: Ughhh Reagan Good, ughhh Obama bad, ughhh ?? !!

"If Mr. Bush had decided to display American leadership and exercise American power by launching a diplomatic campaign against Iran rather than a military one against Iraq 10 years ago, the United States’ international standing would be far greater today."

Ah, you mean at a time that Iraq was close to defeating Iran? Yes, trying to maintain parity wasn't a good idea at all, right?

Is that what the six nuclear powers agreed to? I thought it was something else.
