Does The skyrim guide have locations and characters or just quests?

I have the "Official Game Guide" for Skyrim and I never use it. It does have information about locations and characters, but you're better off using UESP.net or elderscrolls.wikia.com where info is extensive, up-to-date, easy to cross-reference, and the community discusses bugs, fixes, etc. And this map: http://srmap.uesp.net/

Never waste money on a Game Guide.

A good guide will have all locations, maps, trivia, too much information on game play,

AND most important of all: Many Errors, just to trap Plagiarists, which usually causes problems for the poor player who believes the faulty information.
