Why are people so rude?

Okay, so I put up a question including the pregnant dog I found, and immediately, horrible people started bashing me. Do they think I am ignorant, and don't know what to do when finding a lost dog? I was accused of theft multiple times, which I find insulting and hurtful. Honestly, what is wrong with people????

I went and read your question. By now the vet has done the ultrasound. How is the dog? For some reason the people here in pets are the rudest I've run into anywhere on the internet or irl. Not only that, they are snobs and elitest at times. SoD is the absolute worst and she's never even had a pet. She has a 14% approval rating though, which should tell you something about the people here. Most people here really try to give helpful advice, they are just overshadowed and shouted down. When I give a home remedy proven by generations of farm wives, I get shouted down as anti-vet which I am not, I'm just anti a $1000 bill for something that could have easily been treated at home.

-anyway- I have no good advice about your dog since we don't know what breed she was pregnant by. All I can say is Best of Luck and PLEASE post how it went.

It only takes a few people that don't think things through before they post both questions as well as answers, such as "my dog had been vomiting severely and having bloody diarrhea for the past week, he collapsed on the floor yesterday, what do you think I should do?"

Common sense for anyone, weather or not you can afford a vet or not is to get help for the dog. If it was yourself or a different family member would you wait until unconsciousness then post a question? No. But time and time again people do post stupid silly questions that anyone with common since would know e solution to.

If you had a dog that had bones sticking out of its leg, was bleeding severely, you couldn't wake up after a head injury, couldn't keep food or ester down for over a week, running a high fever over 105 or was having a non stop seizure for several hours - your first instinct would be call a vet for help, not post here and wait until someone tells you to.

I don't know what your post was and I cannot answer for anyone else, but I try to answer with whatever I have done, been told to do or have had past experience with. I get a lot of people angry with me because I don't tend to candy coat something, such as if your dog is having a 3 hour seizure I won't tell you to watch it for a other few days and see if it's okay. Seizures can starve the dog from oxygen if they are severe enough and the dog may never wake up if he has a prolonged severe one. One of my labs died about 4 years ago from one. It was a brain aneurism, we had the dog to the vet within 15 minutes of the seizure but he died anyways. Not all dogs wt have seizures die, but there is no guarantee the dog won't unless you know your dog has epilepsy or some problem that causes them. I'm not a do for, nurse or clinician, just trying to use common sense. Dogs with broken bones won't heal themselves. Dogs that cannot wet or drink will dehydrate and die. Simple rules of life.

Try and take the good with the bed when you post, some people just answer to do so, some have good intentions but get upset from redwing the same problems over and over again. Some people really don't know how to care for their dogs and there fine, others have great intentions but dogs are social animals and need companionship of some type. Buying a dog, storing it in a George until you feel like working with it isn't right either, neither is taking the neighbors dog away because you feel it's abused etc. that's what animal control is for.

I'm not trying to rag on you, just stating why people can be the way they are, I don't think things were meant as a personal attack, it just seems that eat sometimes. Again I didn't see your post so I have no clue what happened. Sorry.

    Honestly?

What is wrong with people that come on here asking questions from children and at the same time claiming they're so knowledgeable (for if they were they wouldn't be asking children)?

And then they only want to dictate what answers they want to hear and get offended when they don't like hearing the truth?

Why are you violating the guidelines by ranting?

Grow up, there will be many disappointments in your life including insulting/hurtful people, life doesn't get any easier, you should learn to become stronger and move on.

Sorry if the truth hurts. Get over it.

Unfortuantely we aren't telepathic nor can we read minds if you don't provide ALL the details when the question is originally posted we can only base our answers on that, posting updates after the fact won't change the original answer.

You STOLE a dog and made it very, very clear you refuse to surrender the dog and the only reason you are keeping it is to sell the ill bred mutt puppies. You STOLE the dog.

    /question/index?qid=20150...

No one is bashing you thief. Just telling you the truth. You stoel a dog so you can sell the puppies and refuse to surrender the dog at all so you throw a fit and delete all your questions then spam new ones about you stealing the dog and still refusing to surrender the dog
