Why do foreigners suck at English wgen they travel here?

How many foreign languages do you speak?

English is pretty easy to get the basics of but very hard to master. For instance you as a native speaker make mistakes. It should be 'but TO correct it'

better in English: i like people who get things fast....maybe it's my poor English!!! that happens to me a lot here!!!

EDIT: of course someone that has another different mother language, and moves to another country.....won't speak as good as the person, who was born and raised there, or went to school there...only stupid people won't be able understand that....less alone if you're just travelling; to speak another language, you have to learn or someone has to teach you, the older you are it's more hard...otherwise we would speak all the languages in the world from our own minds since babies, with no need to be teach by no one, which we don't because we are not exposed to them!!!!
