(LADIES ONLY!) how do you shave your vulva/genitals properly? without it getting irritated?
this isnt a joke i actually need to know please help me
soo first off i cut the hair with scissors to the shortest possible length then i apply the shaving creme then i use my razor to shave the hair off. afterwards i cover my genitals (vulva) with conditioner and shave over the area i just shaved an thats how i shave down there but it ALWAYS gets irritated and itchy!! i start with bikini lines youknow and then move down till i get to my ( dont know what else to call it) my asshole... are bumcracks suppose to be hairy??? are you suppose to shave there? and its never a CLEAN shave like little red bumps and stubbly hairs. how do i shave my area properly?

Well be very careful when shaving around the clitoris. Irritation and itchiness are normal. Just gotta get used to shaving there. Use conditioner as shaving cream so that the skin doesn't get dry and it will reduce itchiness and redness. As for the part between your vulva and butt hole. Use tweezers. It will be worth it and won't get irritated after doing it alot of times. Also when using the tweezers, pluck the hairs by the roots so that it doesn't hurt so much. Never yank on the ends.

I recommend using conditioner rather than shaving cream down there. It makes shaving a lot easier and more comfortable, as well as keeps you from getting razor burn. Also try shaving with the hair and then against the grain, it makes it less painful. If you are looking to get it very soft down there you can also try going side to side both directions.

Shave down (with the grain) like when guys shave their face they shave the direction the hair is pointing. I shave down and then once I get most of the hair I go the opposite direction a couple times and then use soap

get a brazilian wax lol.. its not recommended you shave your areas because shaving makes the hair grow back thicker. shaving pubic hair will never be a clean shave because it grows back pretty quickly.
