Get "Banquet" meals (from the frozen food bunker, (1$US±)

Eat two a day, plus one regular meals of, pizza, cheeseburger, pasta, etc.

Drink ONLY iced Water, soda water if you like the bubbles,

NO "diet", "Fat free", or "low fat", anything.

The body stores fat when it cannot get it.

Walk three to ten miles a day, again NO jogging, running, etc. Just plain everyday walking.

Get a pedometer, you may already be be doing that.

I lost 30# in 90 days. I was not even trying to. I was just going on the cheap for meals. And, walked that much as part of my employment.

Don't do breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Though you probably will during corp training, to lose weight, you're better off grazing not gorging. In other words, snack throughout the day on healthy things and not 3 main meals. A meal plan is not going to help you. Snacking and exercise will. Lots of fluids too, the good kind :)

But, the menu sounds very much like I would eat. Invite me over. I have a huge appetite though so I'd probably bring some of my own healthy snacks just in case. I'm more of a fan of unsalted roasted in the shell peanuts than pistachios. I eat my cheerios by the handful instead of in the bowl. For the small breakfast I rotate between three different cereals followed by an apple.

End to long answer: yes, but everybody is different. I probably would eat twice as much as you and maintain the same weight. I know some people that can't even gain weight even if they tried..

Here's how I did it at your age: One meal a day for five months. I dropped nearly 100 pounds and felt great.
