how to get off vaping?
i am thinking of throwing in the towel. it has helped me curb my appetite and lost over 40 pounds, i quit drinking soda and eating mcdonalds on top of that. my dad just got off cigars but i want to do the same.

If you wish to quit vaping, the best way, in my opinon, is to gradually lower the nicotine content and eventually get down to vaping no-nicotine e-liquids. At that point, all you need to do is simply get rid of your vaping gear. Of course, it's easier said than done, but when you're not addicted to nicotine anymore, vaping becomes only a choice, not a way how to satisfy your cravings.
