But we got to see the return of the Deadman. Besides Rollins wasn't going to lose in the first place so this accomplishes that.

Undertaker isn't fond of Lesnar so he helps Rollins.

We knew that Seth was going to keep the belt, it was just a matter of how with the Authority out of the picture for the match.
Besides, it doesn't hurt to have Taker come back earlier than next year's Wrestlemania.
