POLL : Is it true a one dog rule in china?
My brother is going on a plabe to another country he is flying to booderpest today and he said he did reserch on china and they have a one dog rule each family can have one dog well i know in my country ppl make jokes about chinees eating cats and dogs but not talking about the jokes because they really do eat them how dont they run out of dogs because there are more ppl than dogs like what if americans could only eat one beef for each family then beefs will become extinct???

Yes. And the dog have to be small breeds only and the owner must pay fines ot keep the dog. Its a crap way fo dealing with all the rabies outbreaks. Instead of making it law to get the dog altered and have a rabies vaccine, they just killed all the dogs over a certain size, even taking the dogs right out of thier owners homes
And yes in some areas they DO eat dogs and will go as far as to steal the dogs
