you actually think that you know it's real?

are you just so unable to cope with the idea of not knowing? Can you not function without chanting to yourself "sky daddy loves me, sky daddy loves me, I'm never alone because sky daddy loves me." ?

Do you really, in the depths of the biochemical hardware that is your brain, do you honestly FEEL the Jesus around you? Is every favorable coincidence a sign from this holy mystic who is invisible to all?

I always knew that people were in denial or just plain crazy, but I guess I finally got the jist of what actually goes through your minds. You ACTUALLY BELIEVE the unintelligible garbage that you proclaim. I thought they were just cults of wishful thinking and superstition with ultimatums of peace through the rejection of reality.

You really think it's all as real and obvious as gravity. I know I'm late to party on this discovery but wow. I feel so much pity for you right now I just had to to comment.

Sho' nuff...it so often boils down to sin. Homosexuality.

That shows me how it and those in it are Antichrist.

You just are what we call carnal, flesh and open to sin.

    You might call it...fantasy...fun...experimentation.

    And it IS!! For...you.

I'll take your pity, maybe pass it on to others?

    I prefer Jesus, God, righteousness.

Sky daddy is fine. YHWH, Immanuel, Messiah,

I am the way, the truth and the Life.

    Better. For...me. For millions.

Even Imam's are having dreams, coming to Jesus...powerful.

You are ...on lowest level. If you're OK, fine.

I was amazingly...called to that Sky Daddy.

I have never known anyone (other than. Immature folk) use the term 'sky daddy '

The 'unintelligible garbage' that you refer to made sense to minds such as Newton, Kepler, Boyle, yet you glibly dismiss it without any attempt to present a shred of logical evidence.

    Please try again.

    Atheist.

You pity those who have decided to exercise a fundamental human right to believe in what one wants to believe and as such you believe in no God. What do you say to those who pity you?

    I pity them too.

I Pity that their own cowardice leads to such hatred of other people.

    Perfect definition of self-loathing.

I pity you. You are blind because you cry out "I don't need glasses to see". Sin blurs our vision, only God can clear it up.

But you just think I'm an idiot. It makes me sad really, that truth is seen as idiocy.

You are so arrogant, but for what? What is even the point? If there is no life after death, does it really matter what I believe?

    UPDATE

Well, what happens to you when you die is only the most important topic of your life. No need to give it any time.

But really, do you think all religious people are delusional? Do you ever consider that you might be wrong?

    Just curious, my friend.

    UPDATE

Why would it be blatantly obvious? According to my religion, the devil wants to trick as many people as he can. How smart of him to make religions seem so similar, am I right?

Well, just always keep an open mind.

The thing that sticks out about Christianity to me is that every religion you earn you're way to heaven/other paradise. In Christianity, you can't earn your own way. All have sinned and fallen short. That's why Jesus had to take your punishment-because you can't do it yourself. It makes sense to me. How could a perfect God allow non-perfect people into heaven? He had to pay the price for us. That's why Christianity stands out to me.

Well, I would love to hear what you have to say. I'll be watching the question.

    UPDATE

There is scientific evidence for God, but I'll let you look for it on your own time. Unfortunately, the best evidence I have for His existence is my relationship with him. I admit I could never prove that to you scientifically, and you have already dismissed it as delusional. But I am glad you listened to what I had to say about the differences.

It seems that the reason you believe what you do is because you so desperately don't want to be fooled-you don't want to be wrong, you don't want to have faith. You want to know, not believe. I understand that. I love science, and I get what you're feeling. But it overcomes you so much that you don't want to give in to anything. I just hope one day you realize that maybe you can have faith and still be rational. If you really want to find the truth, you're gonna have to seek it hard. If you really want to know the truth and you're perfectly willing to have an open mind, you'll find it.

I'm still watching the question, so comment whatever you have to say next. I'm enjoying the conversation.

    UPDATE

Like I said, I know that feeling. I don't usually accept anything without researching myself. I don't take word of mouth as much as my own experience. But not everything can be seen that way. No matter how hard we try, we will never scientifically prove God's existence or lack thereof. I'ts something that relies entirely on spiritual discovery. Now you may beg to differ, but God, in my eyes, is a perfectly logical explanation to the creation of the universe. We observe that molecules don't come to existence spontaneously. It would make sense that they were created. You're next question might be "who created God, by your own logic, then?". Well, molecules don't come into existence spontaneous- you can observe that. However, the same can't be assumed about God-if a God existed, he would not be limited by the same limitations of humans, no?

So, if the existence of God is logically sound, the next step is to find out who God/Gods is/are. This is up to to you to keep an open mind and truly want to find God. It's the same with science- you have to really devote in order to find the truth. You can't be only half caring about it-if you want to find God, you need to REALLY want to find God. If it's important to you, you will find Him.

    So, what do you say?

    UPDATE

I just explained why God is a logical explanation for the start of the universe. Perhaps you misunderstood what I meant by "logical". Scientifically, you are correct-you can never prove God, nor can you ever. But God makes logical sense, meaning it doesn't contradict itself. To say everything just came into existence is illogical: it is a scientific law that matter does not just come into existence on its own. So to say it did at one point is a contradiction, and therefore illogical. However, if some God had the power to create matter, and he has infinite power to do so, that makes logical sense.

Plus, like I said, I know there are a lot of religions, and in your eyes, any of them could be right. But that's why you need yo search out truth for yourself-it's up to you to find out how the universe was created/who God is. The first step to doing so is to have an open mind and not be so opposed t the idea that God doesn't exist. Because clearly it is a possibility, even a likely one. If you can explain how something came from nothing without contradicting the laws of logic, then please do. And I will consider it, as everyone should when hearing another point of view.

    So, what do you say?
