Why is the Air Conditioning condensation not draining but dripping into air handler?

Update:

1. It is a downflow application about 20 years old

2. Slant coil with trough for condensation.

3. I inspected the trough for leaks/cracks and did not see any.

4. Condensation tube cleaned out and ok.

5. Blower motor changed out last year. (Not by me)

6. No leaking, like this, anyway, before motor was changed out.

Thanks for any answers.

Update 2:

7. Fins are clean, pretty much, and copper coils were cleaned with coil cleaner.

8. Air leaks in hander are taped up tight.

The drain pain is clogged right at the drain opening, very often it can appear cleaned out but isn't.
