Are feelings experienced differently for each person?

We don't know. We assume that feelings are the same, but they're not. We think because we can sympathize and empathize that we know how something feels for someone else, but we don't know.
The same can be said for ALL perceptions, such as sight, hearing, physical feeling, etc.
What your purple looks like to you may look green to me. We're taught which color is which name, not what which color looks like.There's no way to know.

Yes. Because everybody is different, and they feel like themselves. What I mean is, when you are angry, you are an angry version of yourself. So if someone felt that same level of anger, it wouldn't feel the same because they would be an angry version of themselves, and they feel different to you. I don't know how much sense that makes.

Yes. We use cultural artefacts to understand and reconcile our different understandings. These include speech, non-verbal communication, movement, dance, stories, novels, drama, music art etc.
