Why are some of people say the Western converts to Islam is so anti-semitic?

i am an arab muslim and arabs are semitic. arabs look like people in the middleeast. but jews if you see their faces in israel some of them are black some of them are white so they are not semitic. so who describe people who say the truth about jews they are anti semitic have to see a doctor to see if he has a brain or grass in his head

Since the Jews who are true to Torah also anti-Zionist Israel but no one call them being anti Semitic.
