With proper diet as well. I'm 21 and my hairline used to be straight now it is slightly receded. And my hair is just all around thinner. Over heard. That biotin can regrow hair and the saw palmetto. My hus band has been using Argan rain hair care product for about 3 months. The product co ntain rich level of pure arga n oil and we have noti ced that my hair start ed to regr ow. We wo uld abso lutely rec ommend all of you having hair loss problem
