Bratwurst vs Italian Sausages, difference?

    A bratwurst is a sausage composed of pork, beef, and sometimes veal and some spices like coriander, salt & pepper and even some milk powder, galic and sometimes mustard powder.

    On the other hand an Itlaian sausage is mainly made of pork and has far more spices like: fennel seed, red, balck and white pepper, paprika, coriander, garlic etc.
