Why would someone get a boob job? Don't they know how obviously fake they look?

Could be lots of reasons like reconstruction after breast cancer operations etc. Or just having clothing fit better. Most are to feel better about themselves. btw, saline implants are undetectable from real boobs so there's that option, too.

It comes from some nutty idea that BIG boobs are what the men want! and some women think that if their boobs are YAY big then they will be top of the hit list for men! Oh brother are they all twisted and wrong.

The breast will loose all function of it's original use the NIPPLE will become just a blob of skin with very little or NO feelings so bang goes that erogenous zone there will be a scar Ho how cool (not) and most will not like any weight on them or if they hang so its wear a bloody bra nearly all the time.

Insecurities mostly.

Some girls want their boobs bigger, sometimes they want them more perky, sometimes they want something done to their nipples... Some people that get boob jobs actually get them because they had their real breasts removed due to a breast cancer treatment.

And not ALL boob jobs look fake, some people actually get a reasonable size and they don't get the kind that look straight up like melons.

Not everyone thinks they look bad. Not everyone will always think what u think
