Are these the responsibility of the people or of congress? Who works for Whom? Is this a conflict of interest?

Congress votes on Cost of Living percentage increase, Minimum Wage, Jury Duty Wage,Taxes for the citizens. They also VOTE for their OWN Wages, Raises,Bonuses.

    Well Nemo we Vote for them to speak for us. Problem is Democrats are not good at thinking so they Vote for who they are told!!!
