How long will it take to lose weight?

Hi, I'm currently 12 stone and my goal weight is 10.7 (ideal weight is probably 10) - I'm 23 years old and 5 foot 4. I'm eating about 1000 calories a day with about 2 cheat meals a week where those days I'd probably have about 1600 calories. I do a bit of exercise like squash once a week for an hour, but not much else and have a sat down desk job.

How long roughly do you think it will take me to get down to a healthy weight? Thanks in advance!

    I know it sounds silly but try going running on a treadmill wrapped in a bin bag. It makes you sweat more and can make you lose weight really fast

    You NEED to excercise more, diets are bad ways to lose weight if you don't also work out. And I wouldn't be concern so much for the calories (although you need to keep track of those) but eating healthier. Try to stay away from fatty foods and stuff

    You can't just cheat through you're diet it'll take you a week to get a calorie deficiency of 600 cal a week and you eat double that back on the cheat days!
