my current sleeping schedule is going to bed at 4/5 am waking up at 2pm. right now it is currently 6, and im planning on staying awake so i get more tired as the day goes on and eventually sleep at my desired time (i want to sleep 10:30 pm to 6:00 am)

Well they do say that you should sleep the same amount of hours each night to get your clock back on track; regardless of the hours. Caffeine is not really a good idea. You should go to sleep naturally; maybe just relax, listen to music, take baths before you go to sleep. You'll be relaxed and be able to return to your normal wake/sleep clock.

Try going outside more, being outside and spending time in natural light will reset your internal clock, thus will eventually normalize your sleep schedule. Make sure to stay away from caffeine and energy drinks, they wont help.
