My birthday is coming up soon and I plan to take a friend with me. No parties, just something fun we can go out and do. So far I have going out to eat and an arcade, but I want more fun things to do also. Thank you :)))

My sleeping pattern is really bad! I go to bed at five in the morning and wake up around two. It makes me feel horrible about myself, like I skipped an entire day when I could have been doing something productive. How can I get myself to fix this pattern and sleep earlier? I plan to go to bed around ten and wake around six.

I am fourteen, a lot of people tell me that usually during puberty is when you become bicurious. (tmi) But I started at eleven and just now noticed this? I don't want JUST sexual relationships with the same sex (female) I want to hold their hand, kiss them, give gifts etc like a hetero couple. I can see myself loving one, but not marrying one. My preference always seems to change, tho. I am a kid who doesn't get as much crushes, I mean I find people attractive (both guys and girls) but the crush lasts two days lol. So I guess I have to wait until I find that one person. I feel the same way towards both sexes, I get butterflies and all and think the same way.

Even if I am not bisexual I will always be open minded when it comes to who I date. If I happen to fall in love with a girl, good, a boy, that's okay too. I am just so confused.

I am currently fourteen and pretty soon I will be turning fifteen so my growth is almost at its end. When I was younger I always was one of the tallest girls in my class and I hated it. My dad is 6'2 and my mom is 5'4 if that helps. Will I grow any taller? And is 5'5 tall or short?

I am going to be a freshman in high school in like twenty or so days. What I want to know is how to be more outgoing. I go to a small school so we don't completely change our environment, everyone I knew since kindergarten will be attending, so I am pretty much fine on the friend spectrum.

How can I smile more? Be more friendly? Be more outgoing? Any advice in general please. Thank you.

What are habits people with social anxiety do? It is for a book I am writing about the struggles of a girl with the anxiety. So far I have that she tends to play with her bracelets whenever someone speaks to her, or blush, etc.. Any ideas?

my current sleeping schedule is going to bed at 4/5 am waking up at 2pm. right now it is currently 6, and im planning on staying awake so i get more tired as the day goes on and eventually sleep at my desired time (i want to sleep 10:30 pm to 6:00 am)

so any ways to keep me awake? i try caffeine but it never works for me

I like boys. Everytime I see one that is attractive (even tho my crushes last two days, i'm still waiting for that one guy that makes my heart drop) I can imagine myself being sexually/romantically involved with the person.

I don't like girls. I find some extremely attractive, but don't necessarily crush on them. I can imagine myself sexually/romantically involved with one.

Is this bisexual? I find girls pretty, and maybe I am in denial, and can be in a relationship with one with no problem but still. No huge attraction.
